Each of us has wept for his father, and everyone
The extremes of misery and bliss will pass
Will, in time, be bid farewell and mourned.
Neither bliss nor misery lasts
غايةthe ultimate end البؤسmisery والنعيمand bliss زوالpassing away
غاية البؤس والنعيم زوال
لمdid not يدمendure فيin النعيمbliss والبؤسand misery حىa living being
لم يدم في النعيم والبؤس حى
The end of misery and bliss alike is passing away;
No living being has endured in bliss or misery.
