And she has no clothes
Of clothes she owns only a fur coat
but a coat of velvety fur.
Whenever it gets dirty or infested
كُلَّماwhenever اِستَوسَخَit became dirty أَوor آharbored (start)
كُلَّما اِستَوسَخَ أَو آ
وىharbored (completion) البَراغيثَthe fleas المُطيفَهthe swarming ones
وى البَراغيثَ المُطيفَه
Whenever it gets dirty or harbors
With roaming fleas and bugs
swarming fleas,
She washes and grooms it
غَسَلَتهُshe washed it وَكَوَتهُand she ironed it
غَسَلَتهُ وَكَوَتهُ
بِأَساليبَby methods لَطيفَهgentle
بِأَساليبَ لَطيفَه
she washes it and irons it
With gentle care and tact
with gentle methods.
Mixing soap and water like dough
وَحَدَّتand she defined (wording unclear) ماwhat هُوَit is كَالحَمّاlike the bath (start)
وَحَدَّت ما هُوَ كَالحَمّا

لا تَمُرَّنَّ عَلى العَينِ
وَلاand not بِالأَنفِby the nose جيفَهa carcass
وَلا بِالأَنفِ جيفَه
Never pass before the eye
The character and taste, it shows
or by the nose like carrion.
وَتَعَوَّدand accustom yourself أَنto تُلاقىbe met
وَتَعَوَّد أَن تُلاقى
حَسَنَfine الثَوبِthe clothing نَظيفَهclean in it
حَسَنَ الثَوبِ نَظيفَه
And get used to being met
in fine, clean clothes.
إِنَّماonly الثَوبُthe clothing عَلىon الإِنـthe person (start)
إِنَّما الثَوبُ عَلى الإِنـ
ـسانِperson (completion) عُنوانُthe heading الصَحيفَهthe page
ـسانِ عُنوانُ الصَحيفَه
A person's clothing is but
the heading of the page.
