إِنَّindeed خَيرَthe best of الكَلامِspeech ماthat which لَيسَthere is not فيهِin it
إِنَّ خَيرَ الكَلامِ ما لَيسَ فيهِ
عِندَin the judgment of مَنone who يَفهَمُunderstands الكَلامَspeech كَلامُcause for criticism
عِندَ مَن يَفهَمُ الكَلامَ كَلامُ
Indeed, the best speech is that in which,
to one who understands speech, there is no cause for criticism.
