سلامٌa salutation يَفوقُsurpasses عَبيرَthe fragrance of الشذاperfume
سلامٌ يَفوقُ عَبيرَ الشذا
وبالندِّand with fragrant incense يُزريit puts to shame ومِسكِand the musk of الخِتامِthe close
وبالندِّ يُزري ومِسكِ الخِتامِ
A salutation surpassing the fragrance of perfume,
And putting incense and the final musk to shame.
