يؤيدُ بالفتح المبين وبالنصر

يؤيدُ بالفتح المبين وبالنصر

I speak of the virtues of the most fortunate sovereign,

I speak of the morals of the most fortunate ruler

Upheld by manifest conquest and victory,

Who supports victory and the clear conquest

مشيدِ أركان السعادة والهنا

مشيدِ أركان السعادة والهنا

مُؤسس حصنِ الأمنِ واليمنِ والبشر

مُؤسس حصنِ الأمنِ واليمنِ والبشر

Builder of the pillars of happiness and bliss,

Who established the pillars of happiness and prosperity

Founder of the fortress of security, good fortune, and joy.

And founded the fortress of security, prosperity and humankind

يجودُ ويعفو منةً وسماحةً

يجودُ ويعفو منةً وسماحةً

يمنُّ بلا من ويسدي بلا حصر

يمنُّ بلا من ويسدي بلا حصر

He gives generously and pardons, out of grace and magnanimity;

He gives generously and pardons with kindness and tolerance

He grants favors without flaunting them, and gives without limit.

He bestows without expecting reward and gives boundlessly

رصينُ المعالي ثابتُ المجد والثنا

رصينُ المعالي ثابتُ المجد والثنا

بديعُ المعاني رائقُ الحمدِ والشكرِ

بديعُ المعاني رائقُ الحمدِ والشكرِ

Firm are his noble attainments, enduring his glory and praise;

Serene is he, steadfast in glory and praise

Wondrous are his qualities, pure his praise and thanks.

Eloquent in meaning, pleasant in thanks and gratitude

عمادُ البرايا كافلٌ لرعيةٍ

عمادُ البرايا كافلٌ لرعيةٍ

ومرشدها للرشدِ والبر والخيرِ

ومرشدها للرشدِ والبر والخيرِ

Pillar of humankind, guardian of his subjects,

The pillar of lands, guarantor to his people

And their guide to right conduct, righteousness, and goodness.

And their guide to righteousness, kindness and good

ظفرنا بسعدٍ من سعادةٍ سعدِهِ

ظفرنا بسعدٍ من سعادةٍ سعدِهِ

فأسعد بملكٍ سالم القلب والصدرِ

فأسعد بملكٍ سالم القلب والصدرِ

We have gained good fortune from the happiness of his good fortune;

We have obtained a Saad of good fortune, his fortune has brought joy

How fortunate, then, a king sound in heart and breast!

So we are gladdened by a peaceful and serene king

يُلاقي ببشرٍ للرعية رحمة

يُلاقي ببشرٍ للرعية رحمة

وذاك لعمري دأب مرتفع القدرِ

وذاك لعمري دأب مرتفع القدرِ

He greets his subjects cheerfully, out of compassion;

Who meets his subjects with mercy

And that, by my life, is the habit of one exalted in rank.

Such is the way, by my life, of the eminent

مدى الدهر لا زالت سحائب فضله

مدى الدهر لا زالت سحائب فضله

على سائر الأقطار واكفةَ القطر

على سائر الأقطار واكفةَ القطر

Throughout all time, may the clouds of his bounty never cease

As long as time continues, the clouds of his grace

To pour their rain upon all lands.

Spill over all the regions and every drop
