إَلَيكَ أَبَث الشُكر يابن الأَماجد

إَلَيكَ أَبَث الشُكر يابن الأَماجد

عَلي نعم أَوليتها كُل قاصد

عَلي نعم أَوليتها كُل قاصد

To you I pour out my thanks, O son of the illustrious,

To you I express my gratitude, O son of glorious deeds

For favors you have bestowed on every seeker.

For the gifts you have bestowed on every seeker

وَأَثني عَلى مَسعاك في كُل نعمة

وَأَثني عَلى مَسعاك في كُل نعمة

فَدُمت لِلعَلياء خَير مُساعد

فَدُمت لِلعَلياء خَير مُساعد

And I praise your efforts in every act of kindness;

And I praise your benevolence in every blessing

So may you remain the finest supporter of lofty honor.

So you may remain the best helper of the exalted

وَأَنت بِلا شَك كَريم وَماجد

وَأَنت بِلا شَك كَريم وَماجد

وَمِنك يَخاف الدَهر وَقت الشَدائد

وَمِنك يَخاف الدَهر وَقت الشَدائد

And you are, without doubt, generous and noble,

You are without doubt generous and glorious

And Time fears you in times of hardship.

From you time fears in times of adversity

وَأَنتَ الَّذي قَد فقت في المَجد وَالعلا

وَأَنتَ الَّذي قَد فقت في المَجد وَالعلا

بِهمتك العَليا سمو الفَراقد

بِهمتك العَليا سمو الفَراقد

And you are the one who has surpassed, in glory and eminence,

You are the one who has succeeded in glory and sublimity

Through your lofty resolve, the height of the Farqad stars.

With your lofty ambition the heights were attained

فَمَجدك مَشهور وَفَضلك شامل

فَمَجدك مَشهور وَفَضلك شامل

لِكُل مريد مِن طَريف وَتالد

لِكُل مريد مِن طَريف وَتالد

For your glory is renowned, and your bounty extends

Your glory is renowned and your grace all-encompassing

To every seeker of wealth, both newly gained and inherited.

For every devotee, near and far

لَكَ الشُكر أُبديهِ وَأَني مُقصر

لَكَ الشُكر أُبديهِ وَأَني مُقصر

وَإِن كُنت لِلأَفضال أَول حامد

وَإِن كُنت لِلأَفضال أَول حامد

To you I offer thanks, yet I fall short,

I thank you endlessly though I fall short

Though I am the first to praise your favors.

For I am the first praiser of your nobility
