لَكَ التَهاني بِما قَد نِلت مِن رُتب

وَلم تَزَل أَنتَ مُختاراً لِذي الحَسَب

وَلم تَزَل أَنتَ مُختاراً لِذي الحَسَب

Congratulations to you on the ranks you have attained.

Congratulations on the rank you have attained

And you have always been the choice of one of noble lineage.

You were always chosen by the nobly born

وَلما تَرقيت في عز وَفي شَرَف

وَلما تَرقيت في عز وَفي شَرَف

أَرخَت دَم سالِماً في بَهجة الرُتب

أَرخَت دَم سالِماً في بَهجة الرُتب

And when you rose in glory and honor,

When you rose high in glory and in honor

You shed blood in peace in the joy of high rank
