كأن الشمس تبرد ان بردنا

فتلبس من كثيف الغيم بردا

As though the sun feels cold if we feel cold,

As if the sun grew cold when we turned cold,

So she dons a cloak of dense cloud.

Donning thick clouds like a heavy coat.

والا فهي تأنف ان نراها

Otherwise, she disdains that we should see her

Or else it disdains for us to see it

With her strength undone—and so away she turns.

Weakened, resisting interaction.
