Leave off reproaching me, for you are no lover.

لوif ذقتyou had tasted مابيwhat I suffer كنتyou would have been أوّلthe first مشفقٍone showing compassion
لو ذقت مابي كنت أوّل مشفقٍ
إنّindeed المحبّthe lover علىtoward المحبّthe lover .. رحيمcompassionate
إنّ المحبّ على المحبّ .. رحيم
Had you tasted what I suffer, you would have been the first to show compassion.
Indeed, a lover is compassionate toward another lover.
