ولَقَدand indeed عُدِّيتُI was mounted دَوسَرَةًa sturdy she-camel
ولَقَد عُدِّيتُ دَوسَرَةً
كَعُلاِةlike a solid rock العَينِof the spring مِذكاراmale-like in strength
كَعُلاِة العَينِ مِذكارا
And indeed, I was mounted on a sturdy she-camel,
Like a solid rock at the spring, strong as a male.
