حَتّى إِذا ما رَأى الأَنصار قَد غَفَلَت

حَتّى إِذا ما رَأى الأَنصار قَد غَفَلَت

وَاِجتابَ مِن ظِلِّهِ جودِيِّ سَمّورِ

وَاِجتابَ مِن ظِلِّهِ جودِيِّ سَمّورِ

Until, when he saw that the supporters had grown heedless,

Until when the helpers saw I was heedless

And donned, from his shadow, a Mount Judi of sable fur.
