عَلَيكَ بِرَأسِ الأَمرِ قَبلَ اِنتشارِهِ

وَشَرُّ الأُمورِ الأَعسَرُ المَتَدَبِّرُ

وَشَرُّ الأُمورِ الأَعسَرُ المَتَدَبِّرُ

Attend to a matter at its outset, before it spreads;

The worst of matters is the intractable one that has got out of hand.
