تَرىyou see العِلافِيَّthe ʿIlāfī saddle مِنهاupon her موفداًraised high فَظِعاًimposing
تَرى العِلافِيَّ مِنها موفداً فَظِعاً
إِذاwhen اِحزَrise high (first fragment of a split verb) آل(completes the preceding verb) بِهِwith it مِنfrom ظَهرِهاher back فِقَرُvertebrae
إِذا اِحزَ آل بِهِ مِن ظَهرِها فِقَرُ
You see the ʿIlāfī saddle upon her, raised high and imposing,
When the vertebrae of her back rise beneath it.
