1. بَني حُمَيدٍ اللَهُ فَضَّلَكُم

    أَبقى لَكُم أَصرَماً فَأَسعَدَكُم

    O sons of Humayd, God has favored you.

    He has preserved Asram for you, and so made you fortunate.

  2. أَبقى لَكُم والِداً يَبَرُّكُمُ

    أَنجَدَكُم في الوَغى وَأَمجَدَكُم

    He has preserved for you a father who treats you kindly.

    He has aided you in battle and brought you glory.

  3. فَاِتَّخِذوهُ لِذاكَ سَيِّدَكُم

    فَعُرفُهُ في الأَنامِ سَوَّدَكُم

    So take him, for that reason, as your chief.

    For his beneficence among humankind has made you leaders.

  4. لَو كانَ في يَومِ بابَكٍ لَكُمُ

    لَم تَفقِدوا في اللِقاءِ سَيِّدَكُم

    Had he been there for you on the day of Babak,

    You would not have lost your chief in battle.

  5. اللَهُ أَعطاكُمُ بِرَأفَتِهِ

    أَصرَمَ مَنّاً مِنهُ لِيَبلُوَكُم

    God has given you, in His compassion,

    Asram as a favor from Him, to test you.

  6. أَلا اِشكُروا اللَهَ ذا الجَلالِ فَقَد

    بِالصُنعِ في أَصرَمٍ تَغَمَّدَكُم

    Come, thank God, Possessor of Majesty, for indeed

    He has enfolded you in His kindness toward Asram.

  7. مازالَ في قَومِكُم لَكُم مَلِكٌ

    يَرأَبُ زَلّاتِكُم وَيَكلَأُكُم

    You have always had a king among your people,

    Who mends your lapses and watches over you.
