None knows but the Subtle, the All-Aware

what lies enfolded within the breasts.

And they say you are the man who, in a friend's absence,

defends him and steadfastly supports him.

But when I come to visit, your face is veiled

from me by gloom and scowling.

So be cheerful as well as attentive; for

cheerfulness, in most affairs, is a herald of good tidings.

Indeed, in cheerfulness is a garden; and if it is

joined with generosity, a garden and a pool.

So share your gaze among us; for a glance

is surely a sign of what the heart conceals.
