أجد صنع المباني حين تبنى

أجد صنع المباني حين تبنى

فليس لمن يحل بها حصون

فليس لمن يحل بها حصون

Perfect the construction of buildings when they are built,

For those who dwell in them have no fortresses.

وأحسن جنة الدنيا الى أن

وأحسن جنة الدنيا الى أن

يكون من القيامة ما يكون

يكون من القيامة ما يكون

And beautify this world's paradise until

Whatever is to happen at the Resurrection happens.

فما الاحسان الا مقلة لا

فما الاحسان الا مقلة لا

تغمض أن يكون لها جفون

تغمض أن يكون لها جفون

For goodness is nothing but an eye that never

Closes, though it has eyelids.
