هَذا مَقالٌ سَمِجُ

عَلَيكَ فيهِ حَرَجُ

عَلَيكَ فيهِ حَرَجُ

This is an ugly claim;

This is a tasteless speech,

you bear blame for it.

تَقتُلُني ظُلماً وَلَم

تَثبُت عَلَيَّ الحُجَجُ

أَنتَ غَزالٌ غَنِجٌ

in whom coquetry takes pride.

قالوا فَصِفهُ قُلتُ في الجَب

هَةِ مِنهُ بَرَجُ

هَةِ مِنهُ بَرَجُ
