دونك عبدالله اهل ذاكا

خلافة اللَه الذي اعطاكا

خلافة اللَه الذي اعطاكا

Take it, Abdullah—you are worthy of it:

You are Abdullah, people of that

the caliphate of God, who granted it to you.

Caliph of Allah who gave you

اصفاك والله بها اصفاكا

اصفاك والله بها اصفاكا

فقد نظرنا زمنا اباكا

فقد نظرنا زمنا اباكا

He singled you out—by God, He singled you out for it.

I describe you, and by Allah I describe you

For we considered your father for a time;

For we have seen for a time your father

ثم نظرناها لها اياكا

ثم نظرناها لها اياكا

ونحن فيهم والهوى هواكا

ونحن فيهم والهوى هواكا

then we considered it—and you for it.

Then we saw it for her, you

Though we were among them, our love was yours.

And we are among them and love is your love
