سريع الحساب اِمحقْهُمُ وأبدهم

سريع الحساب اِمحقْهُمُ وأبدهم

فقد أمعنوا في الكفر والبطرية

فقد أمعنوا في الكفر والبطرية

O Swift in Reckoning, obliterate them and destroy them.

Swiftly reckon with them and destine their ruin

For they have gone far in unbelief and wanton arrogance.

For they have indulged excessively in disbelief and wickedness

تصاعد خصم اللّه عن طور نفسه

تصاعد خصم اللّه عن طور نفسه

وقرر نفي المنتهى والألوهة

وقرر نفي المنتهى والألوهة

God's foe has risen beyond his own bounds,

God's adversary has arisen beyond his own nature

and proclaimed denial of the ultimate end and of divinity.

And decreed the denial of the Ultimate and Divinity

تمرد مغبوطاً باملاء ربه

تمرد مغبوطاً باملاء ربه

له الويل في الاملاء سوء المغبة

له الويل في الاملاء سوء المغبة

He rebelled, envied for the respite his Lord granted.

Rebelliously happy with what his Lord has given him

His is woe in that respite—an evil outcome.

Woe unto him! How evil is the gift that makes him happy

يسارع في الطغيان اسراع منكر

يسارع في الطغيان اسراع منكر

لواقبة أو عاجل لمثوبة

لواقبة أو عاجل لمثوبة

He hastens into tyranny like one who denies

He rushes into tyranny with the haste of one depraved

any consequence, or one hastening toward a reward.

Whether soon or late he will face requital

وسرعة أخذ اللّه من دون سعيه

وسرعة أخذ اللّه من دون سعيه

وعاقبة استدراجه عين نقمة

وعاقبة استدراجه عين نقمة

Yet God's swift seizure forestalls his striving,

And God seizes him quickly without his own striving

and the outcome of His luring him on is retribution itself.

The consequence of luring him is but wrath's eye

وسرعة أخذ اللّه ليس يحيلها

وسرعة أخذ اللّه ليس يحيلها

محال ولا يحتال عنها بحيلة

محال ولا يحتال عنها بحيلة

And God's swift seizure cannot be turned aside

And God's swift seizure cannot be thwarted

by guile, nor evaded through any stratagem.

Nor can any trickery avert it

سريع الحساب اصرفه صرفاً مؤبداً

سريع الحساب اصرفه صرفاً مؤبداً

وخذ ثار نور اللّه منه بسرعة

وخذ ثار نور اللّه منه بسرعة

O Swift in Reckoning, turn him away forever,

Swiftly reckon with him, banish him forever

and swiftly exact vengeance from him for God's light.

And swiftly avenge God's Light against him

أيلغي عدو اللّه شرع محمد

أيلغي عدو اللّه شرع محمد

وقهر جلال اللّه حامي الحقيقة

وقهر جلال اللّه حامي الحقيقة

Can God's enemy abolish Muhammad's law,

Does he think he can nullify Muhammad's Sacred Law

while the might of God's majesty is truth's defender?

And defeat God's Majesty protecting the Truth?

وللّه تغيير وللّه سطوة

وللّه تغيير وللّه سطوة

وللّه غارات وشدة غيرة

وللّه غارات وشدة غيرة

And God's is the power to change, and God's is overwhelming might;

To God belongs the power to change and dominate

and God's are onslaughts and fierce jealous zeal.

To God belong raids and intense jealousy

وسوط عذاب اللّه لا سد دونه

وسوط عذاب اللّه لا سد دونه

وتأخيره كيد لوقت المشيئة

وتأخيره كيد لوقت المشيئة

And no barrier stands before the lash of God's torment;

No barrier can stop God's scourge of chastisement

and His delaying it is a stratagem until the time He wills.

His delaying it is a plot, awaiting the moment of His Will

بغيرتك اللهم أسرع بخزيهم

بغيرتك اللهم أسرع بخزيهم

وتشتيتهم بالذل في كل وجهة

وتشتيتهم بالذل في كل وجهة

By Your jealous zeal, O God, hasten their disgrace

With Your jealousy, O God, hasten their disgrace

and their scattering in humiliation in every direction.

And scatter them in humiliation in every direction
