Sol 6.1

  1. وصل وسلم عد أسرار كل ما

    لذاتك من اسم بدا أو بخفية

    And send blessings and peace, as many as the mysteries of every

    name of Your Essence, whether manifest or concealed.

  2. وصل وسلم عد أسرار جاهها

    ومقدارها في الشأن والعظمية

    And send blessings and peace, as many as the mysteries of their eminence

    and their measure in rank and grandeur.

  3. وصل وسلم عد أسرار نورها

    وأضوإئها يا نور في كل رتبة

    And send blessings and peace, as many as the mysteries of their light

    and their radiances, O Light, at every degree.

  4. وصل وسلم عد ما في بحارها

    من الجوهر المكنون عن أي فطرة

    And send blessings and peace, as many as what lies in their seas

    of the jewel concealed from every created nature.

  5. وصل وسلم مثل عد شؤونها

    وأكوان تأثيراتها المطلقية

    And send blessings and peace, equal to the number of their affairs

    and the worlds of their absolute influences.

  6. وصل وسلم مثل سيب فيوضها

    وقوة إدراكاتها الأزلية

    And send blessings and peace, matching the flow of their effusions

    and the power of their pre-eternal perceptions.

  7. وصل وسلم مثل بحر مدادها

    وتنزيل امداداتها كل قوة

    And send blessings and peace, equal to the sea of their ink

    and the descent of their sustaining gifts upon every power.

  8. وصل وسلم عدَّ ما دركها

    من الأثر المغمور بالقادرية

    And send blessings and peace, as many as what reaches them

    of effects immersed in omnipotence.

  9. وصل وسلم عد ما تحت مجدها

    وسلطانها من متقن الموجدية

    And send blessings and peace, as many as what lies beneath their glory

    and their dominion, of perfectly wrought creation.

  10. وصل وسلم حسب تصريف قهرها

    وتدبيرها الأحكام في كل ذرة

    And send blessings and peace, according to the workings of their irresistible power

    and their ordering of decrees in every atom.

  11. وصل وسلم حسب أشكال ما اقتضت

    من القدم الأعلى على الأبدية

    And send blessings and peace, according to the forms of what they decree

    from supreme pre-eternity over everlastingness.

  12. وصل وسلم حسب سرعة لطفها

    وتفريجها يا سيدي كل كربة

    And send blessings and peace, according to the swiftness of their gentle grace

    and their relieving, O my Master, of every distress.

  13. وصل وسلم حسب كنه جمالها

    وحسب مقامات عليها تجلت

    And send blessings and peace, according to the very essence of their beauty

    and according to the stations upon which they manifested themselves.

  14. وصل وسلم حسب مجد جلالها

    وما لتعاليها من القاهرية

    And send blessings and peace, according to the glory of their majesty

    and the irresistible sovereignty belonging to their transcendence.

  15. وصل وسلم حسب قدس كمالها

    وتكميلها الأسرار حيث تولت

    And send blessings and peace, according to the holiness of their perfection

    and their perfecting of mysteries wherever they hold sway.

  16. وصل وسلم حسب رفعة عزها

    وأعزازها في حصنها من أعزت

    And send blessings and peace, according to the loftiness of their might

    and their exalting, within their fortress, of those they have exalted.

  17. وصل وسلم حسب ما تقتضيه في

    مظاهرها من واجبات الألوهة

    And send blessings and peace, according to what they require in

    their manifestations of the necessities of divinity.

  18. وصل وسلم ما تجلى ظهورها

    بمطلع قيومية الأحدية

    And send blessings and peace, as long as their manifestation shines forth

    at the dawning of the all-sustaining power of absolute Oneness.

  19. وصل وسلم ما أفاضت غيوثها

    على أنفس حتى زكت وتزكت

    And send blessings and peace, as long as their rain showers pour forth

    upon souls until they grow pure and purify themselves.

  20. وصل وسلم ما استهل سحابها

    بفتح وغفران ولطف ورحمة

    And send blessings and peace, as long as their clouds begin to rain

    with openings, forgiveness, kindness, and mercy.

  21. وصل وسلم ما توصل واصل

    إليك بها إذ هن أمتن وصلة

    And send blessings and peace, whenever one who attains comes

    to You through them, for they are the firmest bond.

  22. وصل وسلم ما تحقق مخلص

    بها فانتشا من بحر عين الحقيقة

    And send blessings and peace, whenever a sincere devotee attains realization

    through them, then grows intoxicated from the sea of Reality's very essence.

  23. على المصطفى الهادي إليك محمد

    رسولك ختم الرسل خير البرية

    Upon the Chosen One who guides to You, Muhammad,

    Your Messenger, seal of the messengers, the best of creation.

  24. هو الجامع الأسماء جمع تحقق

    ومشكاة مصباح الصفات الجليلة

    He gathers the Names in realized union,

    and is the niche for the lamp of the sublime attributes.

  25. هو الجامع الأسرار في جيب سره

    هو المشرق الأسرار في أي وجهة

    He gathers the mysteries in the bosom of his secret.

    He makes the mysteries shine in every direction.

  26. هو الكاشف الأستار عن نير الهدى

    هو الباعث المبعوث بالحنفية

    He lifts the veils from the luminary of guidance.

    He is the awakener, sent with the upright monotheistic faith.

  27. هو الأول المكنون في أبحر الخفا

    هو الآخر المقصود في كل رتبة

    He is the first, concealed in the seas of hiddenness.

    He is the last, sought at every degree.

  28. هو الظاهر المعلوم قبل ظهوره

    هو الباطن الخافي بكل حقيقة

    He is the manifest, known before his manifestation.

    He is the inward, concealed within every reality.

  29. هو السابق المخصوص مجداً بسبق كن

    هو اللاحق المرضي للأقربية

    He is the forerunner, singled out in glory by preceding 'Be!'

    He is the one who comes after, approved for the closest nearness.

  30. هو القاهر الغلاب سيفاً وحجةً

    هو المجتبى المختار للأكرمية

    He is the conqueror, ever triumphant with sword and proof.

    He is the elect, chosen for supreme honor.

  31. هو الباهر البرهان نوراً وكلمة

    هو البين الآيات روح الشريعة

    He is the one whose proof dazzles, in light and word.

    He is the one whose signs are clear, the spirit of the sacred law.

  32. هو القائم الساطي بعزم مؤيد

    هو الفاتح المنصور في كل وجهة

    He is the steadfast, forceful one, with a supported resolve.

    He is the conqueror, granted victory in every direction.

  33. هو الناصر الأمر الالهي حازماً

    منيعاً علياً في مقام المعية

    He champions the divine command, resolute,

    unassailable and exalted in the station of divine companionship.

  34. توليته واخترته وملأته

    بنورك واستخلصته للمحبة

    You took him into Your care, chose him, and filled him

    with Your light, and set him apart for love.

  35. وبوأته من كل خير أتمه

    وأزكاه والأكوان في العدمية

    And You allotted him the fullest of every good

    and its purest, while the worlds were in nonexistence.

  36. فكل مزايا الرسل والأنبياء في

    بحار مزايا شأنه حكم نقطة

    Thus all the excellences of the messengers and prophets, in

    the seas of his station's excellences, count as a single drop.

  37. وما طمع الأملاك والرسل مطلقاً

    بأن يبلغوا مقداره مع نسبة

    Neither the angels nor the messengers ever aspired

    to reach a stature even comparable to his.

  38. ولا جنح الأبرار أن يتزلفوا

    إليك سوى من بابه عند قربة

    Nor did the righteous incline to seek nearness

    to You except through his gate when drawing near.

  39. قسمت حظوظ القرب بين جميعهم

    ولكنها من حظه في الحقيقة

    You apportioned shares of nearness among them all,

    but in truth they come from his share.

  40. وآثرته من بين خلقك كلهم

    بأن كان أصل الكائنات البديعة

    And You favored him above all Your creation

    in that he was the origin of wondrous beings.

  41. وآثرته من بين خلقك كلهم

    بأن كان عند اللّه خير وسيلة

    And You favored him above all Your creation

    in that he was, in God's sight, the best means of approach.

  42. وآثرته من بين رسلك كلهم

    بأن جاء مبعوثاً إلى خير أمة

    And You favored him above all Your messengers

    in that he came, sent to the best community.

  43. وآثرته بالنعت من قبل بعثه

    على الصحف الأولى بكل نبوة

    And You favored him with descriptions before his mission

    in the earlier scriptures, in every prophecy.

  44. وآثرته من كل زلفى ومفخر

    بما قصرت عن فهمه كل نهية

    And You favored him in every nearness and honor

    with what every intellect falls short of understanding.

  45. فصل وسلم بالذي أنت أهله

    عليه وبارك وارض في كل لحظة

    So send blessings and peace, as You are worthy to bestow,

    upon him; bless him and be pleased with him at every moment:

  46. صلاة وتسليماً يوازي مقامه

    ويعدل معلوماتك الفطرية

    blessings and peace that match his station

    and equal all created things within Your knowledge.

  47. وأكرمه بالزلفى التي ليس دونها

    قريب ولا من فوقها من فضيلة

    And honor him with a nearness that no

    near one can rival, and above which there is no excellence.

  48. وضاعف له الفضل العظيم مشفعاً

    باضعاف ما أحصاه علم الألوهة

    And multiply for him the immense bounty, compounded

    by multiples of all that divine knowledge has counted.

  49. وبوئه من أسنى المقامات والرضا

    مبوء صدق دونه كل رفعة

    And lodge him in the loftiest stations and favor,

    in a dwelling of truth beneath which lies every elevation.

  50. وبلغه مما يرتجيه لنفسه

    مضاعفة الاكرام من كل خيرة

    And let him attain, of what he hopes for himself,

    a multiplication of honor from every choice blessing.

  51. وبلغه مما يرتجيه لغيره

    جزيلاً به عيناه لذت وقرت

    And let him attain, of what he hopes for others,

    abundance in which his eyes find delight and repose.

  52. وشفعة يا ذا الجود فينا شفاعة

    ننال بها الغفران عن كل زلة

    And accept his intercession for us, O Possessor of generosity—an intercession

    through which we obtain forgiveness for every lapse.

  53. وشفعه فينا وارض عنا بجاهة

    رضا يتلقاني بفوز ورحمة

    And accept his intercession for us, and be pleased with us through his standing:

    an acceptance that greets me with triumph and mercy.

  54. وصل وسلم ما دنا منك ذاكر

    عليه وخصصه بأسنى مزية

    And send blessings and peace, whenever one who remembers draws near to You,

    upon him, and single him out for the loftiest distinction.

  55. صلاة وتسليماً عليه وآله

    وأصحابه مع مخلصي التبعية

    Blessings and peace upon him and his family,

    and his companions, together with those sincere in following him.

  56. وصل على الرسل الكرام والهم

    وسائر من أكرمتهم بالنبوة

    And send blessings upon the noble messengers and their families,

    and all others whom You have honored with prophethood.

  57. وصل على الأملاك في ملكوتهم

    وجبريل مخصوصاً بأزكى تحية

    And send blessings upon the angels in their kingdom,

    and Gabriel especially, with the purest greeting,

  58. وأهل سبيل الاستقامة في الهدى

    وصل علينا عندهم ذا العطية

    and those who tread the path of uprightness in guidance.

    And bless us alongside them, O Giver of bounty.

  59. الهي بجاه السيد الأكرم الذي

    هو الرحمة العظمى لكل الخليقة

    My God, by the standing of the most noble master, who

    is the greatest mercy to all creation,

  60. محمد البر الرحيم الذي أتى

    حريصاً علينا بين بر ورأفة

    Muhammad, the kind and merciful, who came

    eager for our good, with kindness and compassion,

  61. توسلت ملتاذاً بسلطان قربه

    إليك وحسبي أن يكون وسيلتي

    I sought access, taking refuge in the authority of his nearness,

    to You; it suffices me that he should be my means of approach.

  62. ومن يتوسل بالرسول محمد

    يلاق المنى من عين كل رغيبة

    And whoever seeks access through the Messenger Muhammad

    finds his wishes fulfilled at the source of every desired good.

  63. الهي قرعت الباب من حيث ينبغي

    وناديت بالأسماء في صوت دعوتي

    My God, I knocked at the door from the proper place,

    and called upon the Names with the voice of my supplication.

  64. ووجهت وجهي نحو وجهك ضارعاً

    واسمك ذكري والحبيب ذريعتي

    And I turned my face toward Your face, beseeching,

    Your Name my remembrance, and the Beloved my means of approach.

  65. الهي هب لي نظرة في مطالبي

    فحسبي غنى أن نظرة منك حقت

    My God, grant me a glance of favor regarding my requests;

    for a glance from You, once granted, is wealth enough for me.

  66. وخذ بيدي في كل أمر سياسة

    وحسن ختامي بالرضا اجعل مبرتي

    And take my hand in the management of every affair,

    and make a good ending in Your pleasure the kindness You bestow on me.
