ويا نافع انفعني بحبك خالصاً

ويا نافع انفعني بحبك خالصاً

بحبك لي يا من أحب محبتي

بحبك لي يا من أحب محبتي

And O Benefactor, benefit me through pure love for You,

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your pure love

through Your love for me, O You who have loved my love.

With Your love for me, O You who loved my love

ويا نافع انفعني بتحقيق توبتي

ويا نافع انفعني بتحقيق توبتي

وتثبيتها يا رب عن كل زلة

وتثبيتها يا رب عن كل زلة

And O Benefactor, benefit me by making my repentance true,

O Benefactor, benefit me with fulfilling my repentance

and keeping it firm, O Lord, against every lapse.

And make it firm, O Lord, from every slip

ويا نافع انفعني بنورك إنني

ويا نافع انفعني بنورك إنني

إذا لم تنورني هلكت بظلمتي

إذا لم تنورني هلكت بظلمتي

And O Benefactor, benefit me with Your light, for I

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your light, I

shall perish in my darkness if You do not illumine me.

Without Your light, perished in my darkness

ويا نافع انفعني بتقديس باطني

ويا نافع انفعني بتقديس باطني

وتزكيتي من آفة البشرية

وتزكيتي من آفة البشرية

And O Benefactor, benefit me by sanctifying my inner being,

O Benefactor, benefit me with sanctifying my inner self

and purifying me of the blight of human nature.

And purifying me from the flaw of humanity

ويا نافع انفعني بعرفان خالقي

ويا نافع انفعني بعرفان خالقي

واحياء سري واتقاد بصيرتي

واحياء سري واتقاد بصيرتي

And O Benefactor, benefit me with knowledge of my Creator,

O Benefactor, benefit me with knowing my Creator

and the revival of my inner secret and the kindling of my insight.

And reviving my secret and igniting my insight

ويا نافع انفعني بأسمائك التي

ويا نافع انفعني بأسمائك التي

بها ظهرت ربي صفات الألوهة

بها ظهرت ربي صفات الألوهة

And O Benefactor, benefit me through Your names,

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your names by which

through which, my Lord, the attributes of divinity became manifest.

My Lord, You revealed the attributes of divinity

ويا نافع انفعني بأوصافك التي

ويا نافع انفعني بأوصافك التي

تقاصر عنها مدرك الواصفية

تقاصر عنها مدرك الواصفية

And O Benefactor, benefit me through Your attributes,

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your attributes which

which lie beyond the grasp of description.

The perceptions of describers fall short of

ويا نافع انفعني بوحيك إنه

ويا نافع انفعني بوحيك إنه

شفاء هدى نور جلاء لكربتي

شفاء هدى نور جلاء لكربتي

And O Benefactor, benefit me through Your revelation, for it is

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your revelation, it is

healing, guidance, light, relief for my anguish.

Healing, guidance, light, clarity for my suffering

ويا نافع انفعني بنور محمد

ويا نافع انفعني بنور محمد

وباركني اللهم بالتبعية

وباركني اللهم بالتبعية

And O Benefactor, benefit me with the light of Muhammad,

O Benefactor, benefit me with the light of Muhammad

and bless me, O God, through following him.

And bless me, O God, with following him

ويا نافع انفعني باذكارك التي

ويا نافع انفعني باذكارك التي

صرفت لها حباً لوجهك خدمتي

صرفت لها حباً لوجهك خدمتي

And O Benefactor, benefit me through remembrance of You,

O Benefactor, benefit me with Your remembrances which

to which I have devoted my service out of love for Your countenance.

I devoted my love and service to for Your sake

ويا نافع انفعني بخوفك والرجا

ويا نافع انفعني بخوفك والرجا

وبالعدل والاحسان في كل خصلة

وبالعدل والاحسان في كل خصلة

And O Benefactor, benefit me with fear of You and hope,

O Benefactor, benefit me with fearing You, and hope

and with justice and benevolence in every trait.

And with justice and kindness in every manner
