Your tribe, in might, rises above other tribes;
Your tribe rises above other tribes in honor.
And one of you, in glory, outnumbers a host.
And one of you surpasses a whole company in glory.

May fate’s decrees never cease, beneath your station,
So may the decrees of fate always remain beneath your station,
To fall—and may misfortune fall short of reaching you.
Fallen low, and may misfortune fall short of you.
