تَرى يَضُرُّكَ أَن لَو

يَكونَ مِنكَ وَفاءُ

Do you think it would harm you if

Do you think it hurts me if

you were to show faithfulness?

You would show me loyalty?

لا تَبلِنا بِصُدودٍ

لا تَبلِنا بِصُدودٍ

إِنَّ الصُدودَ بَلاءُ

إِنَّ الصُدودَ بَلاءُ

Do not afflict us with rejection;

Do not reject us so

rejection is indeed an affliction.

For rejection is misery

بَل ما لَنا مِنكَ بُدُّ

بَل ما لَنا مِنكَ بُدُّ

فَاِصنَع بِنا ما تَشاءُ

فَاِصنَع بِنا ما تَشاءُ

Yet we cannot do without you,

Rather we have no choice with you

so do with us whatever you wish.

So do with us as you please
