وَما غَضَبُ الإِنسانُ مِن غَيرِ قُدرَةٍ

وَما غَضَبُ الإِنسانُ مِن غَيرِ قُدرَةٍ

سِوى نَهكَةً في جِسمِهِ وَشُحوبِ

سِوى نَهكَةً في جِسمِهِ وَشُحوبِ

And a person's anger without power is nothing

Man's anger without power

but exhaustion in his body and pallor.

Is but a hacking in his frame and pallor
