راينا رِجال الغَرب ان يَقتلوا ابننا

راينا رِجال الغَرب ان يَقتلوا ابننا

يَقولوا لَقَد ماتَت لهم خنفساء

يَقولوا لَقَد ماتَت لهم خنفساء

We have seen the men of the West: if they kill our son,

they say, “Indeed, a beetle of theirs has died.”

وَلكنهم يَستَنزِلون صواعقا

وَلكنهم يَستَنزِلون صواعقا

عَلى الشعب مذ للبعض منهم يساء

عَلى الشعب مذ للبعض منهم يساء

But they call down thunderbolts

upon the people as soon as some of them are wronged.

السنا هنا في ارضنا وَلعلهم

السنا هنا في ارضنا وَلعلهم

نسوا انَّهم في أَرضنا غرباء

نسوا انَّهم في أَرضنا غرباء

Are we not here in our land? And perhaps they

have forgotten that in our land they are strangers.
