ذاب مما في فؤادي بَدَني

ذاب مما في فؤادي بَدَني

وفؤادي ذاب مما في البدن

وفؤادي ذاب مما في البدن

فاقطعوا حبلي وإن شئتم صِلُوا

كلُّ شيءٍ منكم عندي حَسَنٌ

So sever my cord, and if you wish, join it.

So cut my rope, or if you wish, connect

صح عند الناس أنّي عاشق
