بعَدلِكَ فالإمارَةُ بالعمارَهْ

When you are appointed to rule, make what you govern flourish

If you are appointed ruler, then instill justice

Through your justice, for governance rests on fostering prosperity.

For leadership lies in prosperity

وأفضلُ مُستَشارٍ كُلَّ وَقتٍ

وأفضلُ مُستَشارٍ كُلَّ وَقتٍ

زمانُكَ فاقتَبسْ مِنهُ الإشارَهْ

زمانُكَ فاقتَبسْ مِنهُ الإشارَهْ

And the best adviser at every moment

And the best advisor is always

Is your own time, so draw guidance from it.

Your era, so seek its guidance
