قلْ لِلّذي خَصَّ بالحُسنى أبا حَسَن

قلْ لِلّذي خَصَّ بالحُسنى أبا حَسَن

واختارَه حينَ وَلاَّهُ وكَّلفَهُ

Say to the one who singled out Abu Hasan for favor

and chose him when he appointed him and tasked him:

مااختَرْتَ إلاّ مَهيناً عاجِزاً صَلِفاً

مااختَرْتَ إلاّ مَهيناً عاجِزاً صَلِفاً

إنْ حالَ في أمرِهِ خَلْقٌ فَكَلَّ فَهو

إنْ حالَ في أمرِهِ خَلْقٌ فَكَلَّ فَهو

You chose only a contemptible, incapable, arrogant man.
