قدindeed جَمعَhas gathered اللهُGod أربعاًfour things ليfor me
فيهِنَّin them عِزِّيmy honor وحُسْنُand the goodness of حاليmy condition
God has indeed gathered four things for me;
God has granted me four blessings
In them lie my honor and my well-being:
In them lies my honor and prosperity

رفاعُcomfort (likely intended: رفاغ) عَيشٍliving فَراغُfreedom from care بالِmind
Sufficient knowledge, a drink that goes down easily,
Eloquence of knowledge, palatability of drink
A comfortable life, a mind free of care.
Comfort of living, tranquility of mind

نَهارُdaylight الشَّيْبِgray hair فيin لَيلِnight القَذالِthe nape

فشابَتْهُand mixed it اللَّياليَthe nights بالقَذاليwith impurities for me (apparently بالقذى لي)

Poetry was a clear drink
And the nights mixed impurities into it for me.
Nights diluted it with turbidity
