إِذا رَضِيَتْ عَنِّي كِرامُ عَشيرَتي

إِذا رَضِيَتْ عَنِّي كِرامُ عَشيرَتي

فَلا زالَ غَضْباناً عَلَيَّ لِئامُها

فَلا زالَ غَضْباناً عَلَيَّ لِئامُها

If the noble members of my clan are pleased with me,

If my tribe’s nobility are pleased with me

then may its base members never cease to be angry with me.

Then let their ignoble ones be displeased forever
