Al-Mushammir came, leading the horses,
The one with sleeves rolled up came, and his swift horses
Gently, at his leisure among them, without growing breathless.
He gently spurred on, though they needed no spurring.

And he left the wind behind, exhausted, though it strained hard.
The wind he left behind, struggling to keep pace,
And he swept past, snatching eyes and gazes.
As he sped by, drawing all eyes that beheld him.
