A wine no sighted man can do justice to,
And a wine no beholder can do justice to,
Coffee whose excellence no connoisseur can deny
charming and growing ever more exquisite in the eyes of those who gaze.
Pleasing and delicate in the eyes of beholders.
Alluring, enticing to all who cast their eyes

When she casts a glance, joy itself smiles;
When it gazes, joy smiles;
When it sings, joy appears smiling
and when she draws away, joy itself weeps.
And if it draws away, joy weeps.
When it's denied, joy turns teary-eyed

With bubbles veiling her, she seems
As though, with bubbles veiling it,
As if it and its bubbles veil it
a sea of gold casting forth pearls.
It were a sea of gold casting forth jewels.
A sea of ambergris scattering pearls

I have no need of her and no longer approach her,
I have no need of it, so I do not approach it,
I've turned from it, though I'm not immune
thanks to one glance of his that intoxicates the intoxicating wine.
Thanks to an eye by which the intoxicant itself is made drunk.
To eyes made drunken by its inebriation
