روح الوجود بآل المصطفى انتعشت
وأبصرتand gained sight فيهمin them عينthe eye of العمىblindness الأزليprimordial
وأبصرت فيهم عين العمى الأزلي
The spirit of existence was revived through the Chosen One's family.
And in them the eye of primordial blindness gained sight.
لهمfor them يدa hand منfrom رسولthe Messenger of اللَهGod ناهضةًraising
لهم يد من رسول اللَه ناهضةً
مقدارهمtheir stature لمقامto a station لاnot يزالceasing to be علىexalted
مقدارهم لمقام لا يزال على
They have a hand from God's Messenger that raises
Their stature to a station forever exalted.
ببضعةthrough a piece of the flesh of الهاشميthe Hashimite الطهرthe pure one قدindeed شرفواthey were ennobled
ببضعة الهاشمي الطهر قد شرفوا
وبالحسينand through al-Husayn ومولىand the master of المؤمنينthe believers علىAli
وبالحسين ومولى المؤمنين على
Through the pure Hashimite's own flesh they were ennobled,
And through al-Husayn and the master of the believers, Ali.
واللَهand God عظمهمexalted them فضلاًout of grace وأكرمهمand honored them
واللَه عظمهم فضلاً وأكرمهم
فهمfor they are أجلthe noblest عيالfamily of السادةthe lords الرسلthe messengers
فهم أجل عيال السادة الرسل
And God, in His grace, exalted and honored them.
For they are the noblest kin of the lords, the messengers.
علياloftiness of سيادتهمtheir lordship عنfrom سيدa master رويتwas transmitted
عليا سيادتهم عن سيد رويت
عنfrom سيدa master عنfrom إمامan imam عنfrom فتىa youth بطلheroic
عن سيد عن إمام عن فتى بطل
Their exalted lordship was transmitted from a master,
From a master, from an imam, from a heroic youth.
كالجوهرlike jewels المحضpure فيin كنزa treasury of البهاsplendor انتسقواthey were arrayed
كالجوهر المحض في كنز البها انتسقوا
ماranging بينbetween غوثa spiritual succorer جليلexalted عارفa mystic knower وولىand a saint
ما بين غوث جليل عارف وولى
Like pure jewels in splendor's treasury, they were arrayed.
Among them are an exalted succorer, a mystic knower, and a saint.
أرجوبهمI hope through them نيلattainment of آرابيmy desires وإنand even if عظمتthey are great
أرجوبهم نيل آرابي وإن عظمت
لأنهمbecause they وأبيهمby their father فيamong الورىhumankind أملىmy hope
لأنهم وأبيهم في الورى أملى
Through them I hope to attain my desires, however great they may be,
For, by their father, they are my hope among humankind.
