وخذ من الدر النظيم مدحة
تملأfills باللطفwith gentleness اللبيبthe discerning one طرباwith rapture
تملأ باللطف اللبيب طربا
And take a song of praise from the strung pearls,
And take from the strung pearls a praise poem
that gently fills the discerning with rapture.
That fills the perceptive heart with joy
وحولand turn الطرفthe gaze لناtoward us اغاثةto give succor
وحول الطرف لنا اغاثة
بالخارقاتthrough miracles ياO غريبstranger of الغرباthe strangers
بالخارقات يا غريب الغربا
And turn your gaze toward us in succor,
And turn your attention to us, to bring salvation
through miracles, O Stranger of Strangers!
With miracles, O Stranger of strangers!
