توسل يا أبا العلمين عند النبي

توسل يا أبا العلمين عند النبي

ي بنيل مأربي القصي

ي بنيل مأربي القصي

Intercede, O Abu al-ʿAlamayn, with the Prophet,

Plead, O father of knowledge, to the Prophet

For the attainment of my far-off desire.

To grant my wish, O Qusayy's son

لأنك يا رفاعي القوم غوثي

لأنك يا رفاعي القوم غوثي

وواسطتي لوالدك النبي

وواسطتي لوالدك النبي

For you, O Rifaʿi of the people, are my succor,

For you, O Rafea, are my people's helper

And my intermediary with your father, the Prophet.

And my intermediary to your father the Prophet

وأنت ملاحظي في كل حال

وأنت ملاحظي في كل حال

فداركني وشيد ركن حيي

فداركني وشيد ركن حيي

And you watch over me in every circumstance.

You are my guardian in every state

So come to my aid and raise up the pillar of my clan.

So help me and fortify my pillar of life

وقد حصل المراد بفضل طه

وقد حصل المراد بفضل طه

وعترته وسيدنا علي

وعترته وسيدنا علي

And the desired end has been attained through the grace of Taha,

My purpose has been achieved by Taha's grace

And his family, and our master Ali,

And his lineage and our master Ali

وأصحاب الرسول ذوي المعالي

وأصحاب الرسول ذوي المعالي

عليهم رحمة الرب القوي

عليهم رحمة الرب القوي

And the Messenger’s companions, those of lofty rank—

And the Prophet's companions of great virtues

Upon them be the mercy of the mighty Lord.

Upon them the mercy of the Strong Lord
