بسرطه وأم الآل فاطمة
والمرتضىand al-Murtada والرفاعيand al-Rifa‘i صاحبbearer of العلمthe banner
والمرتضى والرفاعي صاحب العلم
By the mystery of Ṭā Hā, and by Fāṭima, mother of the Household,
Through the mystery of Taha and Fatimah, mother of the Household,
And by al-Murtaḍā and al-Rifāʿī, master of knowledge,
And al-Murtada and al-Rifa‘i, bearer of the banner,
شيدتwere built رحابcourtyards بنيsons of الصيادal-Sayyad ثمthen سمتrose
شيدت رحاب بني الصياد ثم سمت
مجداًin glory بفضلby the grace of إلهa God لواسعtruly vast in الكرمgenerosity
مجداً بفضل إله لواسع الكرم
The halls of Banū al-Ṣayyād were raised, then soared
The courtyards of the sons of al-Sayyad were built, then rose
In glory, by the grace of a God of boundless generosity.
In glory, by the grace of a God of truly vast generosity.
