O Salah, I do not want you for youthful dalliance.

So stop wrapping yourself up in our presence, and dress for work.

I want you to knead dough and work the millstone,

to carry our waterskin and cook in the cauldron.

And when a guest of your family leaves at evening or morning,

make ready for another coming toward your family.
