O two roses of his cheeks, why are you

seeking protection in the seeping sweat?
أوَلَيسَand is it not للوَرْدِfor the rose الجَنيِّfreshly picked غِنَىًfreedom from need

Does not the freshly plucked rose have no need
And is not the freshly picked rose able to dispense
of its water, through its rich fragrance?
with its water, thanks to its fragrant scent?
