صِغَرُ الرَّأسِ وَطولُ العُنُق

خِلقَةٌ مُنكَرَةٌ في الخِلَق

A small head and a long neck—

فإذا أبصَرتَهَا مِن رَجُلٍ

فإذا أبصَرتَهَا مِن رَجُلٍ

فاِقضِ في الحِينِ لَهُ بالحُمُقِ

فاِقضِ في الحِينِ لَهُ بالحُمُقِ

So if you observe that build in a man,

So if you see it in a man,

judge him foolish then and there.
