Abundant with dew, most generous—
Possessor of abundant bounty and all-encompassing grace,
The sender of clouds
Who sends the clouds
The Sender of the clouds,

And with reason strike sparks from reflection's firestick.
And strike with enthusiasm the flint of imagination.
And strike with intellect the flint of deep reflection,
And pluck the blossoms of trees,
Pluck the light of trees,
And pluck the blossoms of the trees,

And unify with it the Lord of creation—
And thereby affirm the Oneness of the Lord of creation.

The work of the Majestic One.
The handiwork of the Lord of Majesty,

And the gazelles of the prairie adorned with necklaces—
And the branches of the hills are ringed with floral collars.
Whoever looks, in any state,
Who observes this state
Whoever fixes his gaze upon the state

To any but our Lord, the Creator, is wretched.
Other than our Lord, the Creator, is wretched.
Of any but our Lord, the Creator, shall suffer.
For He has never ceased to choose,
Yet He continues to choose
For He never ceases to choose,

The green expanse of velvet,
By green carpets of silken brocade,
And spread out velvet coverlets,
And the views stretched forth
And He has spread out velvet meadows,

From the spreading of life, illuminated brightly,
Embellished with blossoms from the spreading rain,

Enveloped with subtleties.

Visit those sights,
Visit those blooming fields of gathering,

And do not warm yourself at sorrow's embers.
And do not carry the embers of worry.
And do not roast in the embers of grief.
And watch for the lightning of warning,
Inhale the lightning of warning,
And watch for the lightning of warning,

And remember, if you are distressed, death's assault.
And remember, if hardship constricts your being,
And remember, should distress grip you, the sudden strike of death.
And knock at the door of lights,
Knock on the door of light
And knock upon the door of lights,
