إِنِّي سَأَلْتُكَ بِالرَّسُولِ

إِنِّي سَأَلْتُكَ بِالرَّسُولِ

وَبِالْكِرَامِ الْكَاتِبِينْ

وَبِالْكِرَامِ الْكَاتِبِينْ

Indeed, I have beseeched You by the Messenger,

I asked You by the Messenger

I implore You by the Messenger,

and by the noble scribes:

And by the noble scribes

And by the Noble Scribes,

أَلاَ كَتَبْتَ لَنَا هُدىً

أَلاَ كَتَبْتَ لَنَا هُدىً

يَا رَبِّ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينْ

يَا رَبِّ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينْ

will You not ordain guidance for us,

Would You not write for us guidance

That You write guidance for us,

O my Lord, Lord of the worlds?

O Lord, Lord of all the worlds

O Lord, Lord of the Worlds.
