يا طاهريين لا طَهورَ لكم

يا طاهريين لا طَهورَ لكم

من حَيْضة الغدر آخرَ الأبدِ

من حَيْضة الغدر آخرَ الأبدِ

O Tahirids, there is no purification for you

O hypocrites, you have no purity

From treachery’s menstrual flow, till eternity’s end.

From the menstruation of treachery till the end of time

جريتُمُ سابقين شأوَكُمُ

جريتُمُ سابقين شأوَكُمُ

ثم كَبَوْتُمْ في آخرِ الأمدِ

ثم كَبَوْتُمْ في آخرِ الأمدِ

You ran your course in the lead,

You raced ahead according to your whim

Then you stumbled at the course’s end.

Then stumbled at the end of time

قل لكتابٍ إذا مررتَ بها

قل لكتابٍ إذا مررتَ بها

ليتك لم تولدي ولم تلدي

ليتك لم تولدي ولم تلدي

Say to Kitab, when you pass by her:

Say to a book if you pass by it

“If only you had never been born, nor ever given birth.”
