بني المشرف جذَّ الله دابِرَكم
ماnot ضَرَّwould have harmed مُعقِبَكمyour progenitor لوif أنهthat he دَرَجَاdied childless
ما ضَرَّ مُعقِبَكم لو أنه دَرَجَا
O sons of al-Musharraf, may God cut off your last remnant;
O sons of al-Mushrif, may God cut off the last of you!
what harm if the one left after you had died as well?
It would not have harmed your progenitor had he died childless.
