يا آل وهبٍ شهدتْ ضرطَةٌ

سارتْ بها الأمثالُ في وَهْبِ

O house of Wahb, a fart has testified—

O family of Wahb, a fart has testified

carried abroad in proverbs about Wahb—

Proverbs have spread about it in Wahb

بأنها من فَقْحةٍ رِخْوةٍ

بأنها من فَقْحةٍ رِخْوةٍ

وأنها من مَضْرَط رَحْبِ

وأنها من مَضْرَط رَحْبِ
