رُبَّ غُلامٍ وجهُهُ لا يفْضَحُهْ

رُبَّ غُلامٍ وجهُهُ لا يفْضَحُهْ

في بيت عزٍّ لا يُرامُ مُسْرَحُهْ

Many a young man whose face does not betray him,

Many a youth whose face shame does not defile

In a house of honor, his grazing-ground beyond reach,

In a venerable house which its precincts are not violated

كأنما مُمْسَاهُ قِدْماً مُصْبَحُهْ

كأنما مُمْسَاهُ قِدْماً مُصْبَحُهْ

بِتُّ به ليلَ التَّمام أنْكَحُهْ

بِتُّ به ليلَ التَّمام أنْكَحُهْ

As though his evening were his morning of old.

As if its birdlime is his feet illuminating him

I spent the longest night with him, fucking him.

I spend the night with him till it is complete and marry him

أُبْرِكُهُ طوْراً وطورا أبْطَحُهْ

أُبْرِكُهُ طوْراً وطورا أبْطَحُهْ

وتارةً للجنْبِ لا أروِّحُهْ

At times I made him kneel, and at times laid him face down.

آسُوهُ منْ أدوائه وأجْرَحُهْ

And sometimes I laid him flat on his back.

And sometimes on his nape I let him lie

I healed him of his ailments, and wounded him,

I heal him from his ailments and wound him

بِفَيشَةٍ مَمْلُوءةٍ تسْتَسلحُهْ

بِفَيشَةٍ مَمْلُوءةٍ تسْتَسلحُهْ

مُفْسِدَةٍ تحسبها تَسْتَصْلِحُهْ

مُفْسِدَةٍ تحسبها تَسْتَصْلِحُهْ

With a swollen cock-head that makes him shit,

With a bag full, arming him

A corrupting thing you think is setting him right.
