لَعمرُكما لو أطلقتُ السُّلُو

ك لم نهتجرْ هذه المدَّهْ

By the lives of you both, had I let myself travel freely,

ولكنه ليس في طاقتي

قتالُ السماء بلا عُدّهْ

But it is not within my power
