A fatwa: the upright faith has declared itself
free of it; it is a scholar’s lapse.

يُدرى وَتُنطَقُ في اِنعِدامٍ عادِمِ
So the criterion of humankind’s Islam is professing what
is known, and uttered with no nullifier present.

never hurled a crushing charge of unbelief at one facing the qibla.
