تهنّ بشهر الصوم يا خيرَ صاحبٍ

تهنّ بشهر الصوم يا خيرَ صاحبٍ

صحبنا به الأيامَ واجبةَ الشكر

صحبنا به الأيامَ واجبةَ الشكر

Rejoice in the month of fasting, O best of companions,

Roam in the month of fasting, O best companion

With whom we have passed days deserving gratitude.

We spent the days with it obligatory thanks

وعش ذا زمانٍ كله من تنسكٍ

وعش ذا زمانٍ كله من تنسكٍ

ومن كرمٍ مستقبل الصوم والفطر

ومن كرمٍ مستقبل الصوم والفطر

And live a life wholly of devotion

And live in a time all of devotion

And generosity, welcoming the fast and its breaking.

And of generosity receiving fasting and breakfast

مناقب شاعت في الورى علوية

مناقب شاعت في الورى علوية

فكلهمُ فيها يشيّع من عذر

فكلهمُ فيها يشيّع من عذر

Virtues like ʿAlī’s have become renowned among humankind;

Virtues have spread supremely in the world

So all, with good reason, become Shiites for their sake.

So all of them in it lead from excuse
