من أذى الفقر وتستغني يقينا

My close friend said to me, “Marry, and you will find relief

He said to me, "Get married, you'll find rest

from poverty’s hardship, and surely become well-off.”

From the harm of poverty and gain independence for sure."

قلتُ دع نصحك واعْلم أنني

I said, “Leave off your advice, and know that I

have not been forsaken in the Muslims’ midst.”
