بما سوف من أنواعه الزهر يلقاني

I came upon a rose-hued utterance bearing glad tidings

I stopped at the rose garden of an auspicious word

Of what will greet me among its radiant varieties.

Promising what kinds of flowers will meet me

فيا حبذا في شهرِنا من رياضِه

فيا حبذا في شهرِنا من رياضِه

أوائل وردٍ في أواخر شعبان

أوائل وردٍ في أواخر شعبان

And oh, how lovely, in our month, from its gardens,

So wonderful in our month are its gardens
